The Andersen James Journey

'Our Journey' defines our mission. It shows how we've grown, what we stand for, and where we're going next. Every person is essential to our future, and our progress depends on everyone being committed, aligned, and determined to get better. We only win together.

Oct 2015

Founded with no funding or investment. UK Construction market.

2016–2020

Stable growth. Average 28% YOY GP growth, 38% YOY headcount growth. UK construction, housebuilding, and housing markets.

2021

Soft launch into US market - NYC residential & commercial construction. Won big RPO account. Achieved first £1M GP year.

2022

First £1M quarter. GP increased 115%. Renovated and moved into Manchester HQ. 130% increase in headcount.

2023

Learning year - lost RPO, won another RPO.

2024

JB joins, investment secured. Opened Austin / AJ incorporated. Got E2 visa licences. Launched AEC division, boots on ground USA. Launched Property & FM division. Launched US Mission Critical Division.

2025

Launched US Renewables division. Opened contract teams - EU Mission Critical and EU Renewables. Opened Dubai office. First £600K month. Record quarter of £1.4M. Headcount reached 50. Opened Orlando office.

2026

Launched Sheffield office. Record month £640K.
